Προσφορά Linkage Network για τα μέλη του ΣΔΑΔΕ – “Managing Organizational Transition” – Πέμπτη 4 Ιουνίου 2015

Η επόμενη εκδήλωση του Linkage Network με θέμα “Managing Organizational Transition” και ομιλητή τον Rich Rosier, Senior Vice President of Linkage United States, θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Πέμπτη 4 Ιουνίου 2015, στις 17:00, στο Gazarte.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι στο πλαίσιο της συνεργασίας του ΣΔΑΔΕ με την εταιρία Linkage υπάρχει σε κάθε κύκλο ομιλιών του Linkage Network ένα τραπέζι δέκα (10) ατόμων για τα μέλη του Συνδέσμου. Η συμμετοχή των μελών είναι χωρίς κόστος και ισχύει η διαδικασία του “first in – first served”.

On behalf of Linkage Team we would like to invite you and 10 members of GPMA to our upcoming Linkage Network Session οn Thursday the 4th of June at 17:00 at GAZARTE-2nd floor (Voutadon 32-34, Gazi 11854 • Metro Station Kerameikos) for a Live Speech by Rich Rosier, Senior Vice President of Linkage United States on “Managing Organizational Transition”. 

RICH ROSIER is a Senior Vice President and Principal Consultant at Linkage United States. He works with public and private companies as well as government and nonprofit organizations. He specializes in strategy, leadership coaching, leading organization change initiatives, and driving growth through innovation. Rich has worked closely with a number of renowned thought leaders including Peter Drucker, Michael Porter, Warren Bennis, John Kotter, Clayton Christensen, Rosabeth Moss Kanter, Marcus Buckingham, and Gary Hamel to name a few. Rich earned a BA from the University of Michigan, is a frequent speaker at international conferences and training programs, and is a guest lecturer at colleges and universities on the topics of leading change, strategy, high-performance teams, growth and innovation. He co-authored “Leading in Unnerving Times” with Warren Bennis, which appeared in the Sloan Management Review.

During this session you will learn how to:

  • Enhance your ability to lead yourself and others through difficult change initiatives
  • Master the critical elements needed to drive successful change
  • Develop coaching skills to create a change-ready culture throughout your organization
  • Create and implement effective transition strategies
  • Decrease the negative effects of change on individuals and groups
