RICH ROSIER is a Senior Vice President and Principal Consultant at Linkage United States. He works with public and private companies as well as government and nonprofit organizations. He specializes in strategy, leadership coaching, leading organization change initiatives, and driving growth through innovation. Rich has worked closely with a number of renowned thought leaders including Peter Drucker, Michael Porter, Warren Bennis, John Kotter, Clayton Christensen, Rosabeth Moss Kanter, Marcus Buckingham, and Gary Hamel to name a few. Rich earned a BA from the University of Michigan, is a frequent speaker at international conferences and training programs, and is a guest lecturer at colleges and universities on the topics of leading change, strategy, high-performance teams, growth and innovation. He co-authored “Leading in Unnerving Times” with Warren Bennis, which appeared in the Sloan Management Review.
